Your satisfaction with our premium football kits is our priority. Please review our guidelines:

• Standard Items: We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date for non-customized jerseys. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a refund.
• Personalized & Custom Jerseys: Jerseys that have been personalized with custom names, custom numbers, or specific sleeve badges cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are custom-made to order. Please double-check your sizing and custom text spelling before submitting your order.
• Archive/Mystery Boxes: All sales are final for Archive Vault Mystery Bundles.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately through our Support Page with your order number and photos so we can correct it for you.
